Day 8 of 31 Halloween cocktails that won’t rot your teeth (but might rot your brain)

This cocktail was created by Jillian Vose, formerly of New York's Dead Rabbit, now owner of Outwalker Whiskey and Badger Bevs, both of which I've yet to try, but are going on my ever-growing list!

Soul Clench

2 oz Pisco
3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Pamplemousse Liqueur
1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1/4 oz Falernum

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass with a big cube and stir until chilled. Garnish with half a grapefruit wheel.
