El Diablo
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Reposado tequila
1/2 oz. crème de cassis
3/4 oz. lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 oz. ginger beer
Method
Shake first three ingredients in a tin with ice until chilled.
Pour into a collins glass over ice.
Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
