Here’s how this works:


First, all potential clients must fill out and submit a Client Intake Form. Then:

  • I will email you with any clarifying questions I have about your project. This helps me create an accurate scope-of-work and cost proposal for you.

  • Once you (the client) accept the proposal, a detailed contract will be sent for you to sign.

  • After the contract is signed by both parties, I will ask you to pay any required deposits.

  • After the deposit has been accepted, I will contact you to schedule a shoot date and request a list of items that I’ll be photographing. This helps me plan the most efficient use of my time while on site, especially if the client wants more complicated styling and compositions.

  • If more planning is needed, we can schedule a pre-production call to discuss project details, or a scouting trip to your location. You can also send me a creative brief or brand identity materials to look over.

  • The main shoot takes place over the agreed-upon timeframe.

  • Post-production starts.

  • Your edited, high-resolution images are delivered to you within 7 days via a PixieSet link to your own private gallery. From here, you can view and download the images.

  • A final invoice is issued and paid.
