Here’s how this works:
First, you fill out and submit a Client Intake Form. Then:
I will provide a project proposal and a quote via email.
Once you (the client) accept the quote, a detailed contract will be sent for you to sign.
After the contract is signed by both parties, I will ask you to pay any required deposits.
Then we schedule a pre-production call to discuss project details. (This is when you’d send me any creative brief or brand identity materials to look over.)
If you’re a hospitality establishment, I will make a scouting trip to you to see your space, find the best places to shoot, and meet any staff that will be involved in the upcoming session.
After our call (or scouting visit), I’ll provide a mood board for you to review to ensure we’re on the same page, and a shot list if necessary.
The main shoot takes place over the agreed-upon timeframe.
Post-production starts.
Your edited, high-resolution images are delivered to you within 7 days via a PixieSet link to your own private gallery. From here, you can view and download the images.
A final invoice is issued and paid.
