Here’s how this works:


First, you fill out and submit a Client Intake Form. Then:

  • I will provide a project proposal and a quote via email.

  • Once you (the client) accept the quote, a detailed contract will be sent for you to sign.

  • After the contract is signed by both parties, I will ask you to pay any required deposits.

  • Then we schedule a pre-production call to discuss project details. (This is when you’d send me any creative brief or brand identity materials to look over.)

  • If you’re a hospitality establishment, I will make a scouting trip to you to see your space, find the best places to shoot, and meet any staff that will be involved in the upcoming session.

  • After our call (or scouting visit), I’ll provide a mood board for you to review to ensure we’re on the same page, and a shot list if necessary.

  • The main shoot takes place over the agreed-upon timeframe.

  • Post-production starts.

  • Your edited, high-resolution images are delivered to you within 7 days via a PixieSet link to your own private gallery. From here, you can view and download the images.

  • A final invoice is issued and paid.
