19. Witch Doctor

Ingredients

3/4 oz. Angostura bitters
3/4 oz. mezcal
3/4 oz. blanco tequila
1/2 oz. honey syrup
1/4 oz. simple syrup

Method

• Shake all ingredients in a tin with ice.

• Strain into a rocks glass with a big cube.

• Express an orange peel and put in drink vertically.
