18. Love Lies Bleeding

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Punt es mes
1/2 oz. Mezcal
1/2 oz. Cardamaro
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/8 oz. lime juice
2 dashes Bittercube Jamaican no. 2 bitters

Method

• Stir in a mixing glass with ice.

• Strain over a BFC in DOF glass.

• Garnish with expressed grapefruit peel.
