This one's for all you kids who are gonna end up on Santa's naughty list this year.

There’s nothing wicked about a pineapple-bourbon-aperol combo except how easily you’ll guzzle it down. It’s sinfully good. Recipe by Ariana Vitale (@bougieexplorer) at Rider in Seattle, WA, but I found it on @anatomyofadrink.

Wicked Behavior

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. bourbon
1/4 oz. Aperol
1/4 oz. elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz. pineapple juice
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. honey syrup

Method

  • Add all ingredients to shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled.

  • Strain into coupe or a Nick and Nora glass.

  • Garnish with dehydrated pineapple slice.
