It’s showtime!

Based on the Green Ghost of the 1937 Café Royal Cocktail Book Coronation Edition, which says this cocktail was "invented by J. B. Hurrell." It's supposed to be made with green chartreuse, but I don't have any so I used @luxardoofficial Santo Herbal Liqueur.

25. Ghost with the Most

Ingredients

1 1⁄3 oz. dry gin
1⁄3 oz. Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
1⁄3 oz. fresh lime juice
1⁄6 oz. rich simple syrup

Method

• Combine all ingredients in a tin with ice and shake until chilled.

• Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.

• Express lime zest over the cocktail and use peel as garnish.
